The Company
It all began in 1985 when Francis Miot, a confectioner from the South West of France, launched his first artisanal jams and created the company that bears his name. Today, Francis Miot's company manufactures and distributes exceptional jams, confectionery and chocolates made with care and passion by a team of 35 specialists!
A colourful founder
Born in Pau in 1948, Francis Miot has become the most famous confectioner in France, certainly by the number of titles and awards he has won, but also thanks to his big smile, his enthusiastic and sometimes mischievous publications and of course his inimitable moustache!
An emblematic figure of the South-West, he has left his mark and his identity in the Company which bears his name and which continues to carry his values of authenticity, creativity and know-how.
The origin of this evocative name can be found when tasting this preserve, which is filled with sweetness and tenderness. A happy blend of peach and clementine juice, it is a favorite amongst children. An adorable preserve to give to friends, children, grandparents, and lovers… for breakfast or a snack full of hugs.
