Our Certified Organic Jam Collection “Certi Sud” is made with products from organic farming: the alliance of nature and our know-how!
The operators have committed themselves through a label to not carry out any chemical treatment. These BIO-certified fruits, all from traditional agriculture, benefit from exceptional preferential treatment in the heart of the orchards. The recipes of this collection are worked in the same way as our other ranges, in a traditional way. The short and controlled cooking carried out in small copper cauldrons by our Master Confiturirs confer to these preparations of organic artisanal fruits appetite and refinement.
