Combined with coconut, this surprising and subtle mix will surprise your taste buds.

Rich in fibre and a vegetable protein, chickpeas are a good ally, particularly in terms of improving intestinal health. You can eat it as an aperitif or snack without any fear of changing your figure. Recommended with fresh vegetables rather than crisps.


As an aperitif, the tapenade is described by some as a medicinal delicacy. With a glass of white, red or rosé wine, you will feel the aromas of the Mediterranean.
