We are located in the Palois city centre, at 46-48 rue Maréchal Joffre. This is one of the busiest pedestrian streets in Pau, very close to the historic quarter and the renowned Château de Pau.

More than just a shop, you can also enjoy our Tea Room. It is the ideal place to taste our exquisite sweets (a selection of homemade pastries made by our Master Pastry Chefs), accompanied by a homemade hot chocolate or one of our many Damman teas.

At lunch, we also offer formulas for your lunch break : starter + sandwich or salad + dessert at 15€.
They are made with fresh seasonal and local products.

Discover our «Autour du Canard» tartine: organic country bread, mango chutney, confit tomatoes, semi-cooked foie gras and pan-fried smoked breast of «Maison Biraben», quail eggs, onion confit, leek shoots, Espelette pepper.
Travel with our «Vegetarian Flavours of Asia» Tartine: organic country bread, mashed leeks, aubergines, mushrooms and leeks sautéed with soy sauce and sesame oil, garlic puree, sesame seeds, chives.

Finish your meal with a sweet note, opting for example for our Chocolat dome: a crunchy praline heart on a crumble-style biscuit.
Try our Tiramisu or our Entremet Tonka with Mona Lisa biscuit, Tonka bean crème brûlée, and milk chocolate mousse.
